Instructions to Fill Application Form Online

  1. Please click here to download the General Instruction and read it carefully.
    1. On Login Page, kindly fill all the required fields details and then Click on Login button.
    2. You may apply for online Re-evaluation and Copy of Answer Script, once the TEE Result is declared and uploaded on the IGNOU website.
    3. After filling the mandatory information, click the "Save" button to generate Payment Link.
    4. Student be facilitate with scanned copy of his/her answer script through Email-ID provided in the Online Form or the Photocopy of Answerscript be sent through Post.
    5. Reevaluation and copy of Answerscripts is not available for Following Exam for Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) type and conducted on OMR sheets

    6. f. Re-evaluation is permissible in Term End Examination (TEE) only and not in the Project/Dissertation, Practicals / Lab Courses, Workshops, Assignments & Seminar etc.
    7. Application Fee can be paid through:
      • Debit/ Credit Card (Master/Visa/Rupay) of any bank.
      • Net Banking
    Note:
    • In case student has applied for re-evaluation and later on applied for copy of his/her answer script, the Copy of Answer Script will be provided by the concerned REC if the answer script has not been processed for Re-evaluation. In case the answer script is processed for re-evaluation, then REC will not able to provide copy of Answer Script.
    • In case, the Student required the copy of his/her Answer Script, he/she can apply the copy of Answer Script before applying for Re-evaluation or simultaneously student can apply for Copy and Re-evaluation both in one go

I hereby declare that I have carefully read and understood the conditions of eligibility for the Online Application for Re-Evaluation/Copy of Answer Scripts. I fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria and I have provided the necessary information. I also declare that the information submitted above is correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. In the event of any information being found incorrect or misleading, my application may be cancelled by the university at any point of time and University will not be liable for refund of any fee paid in this regard.

मैं एतद्द्वारा घोषणा करता/करती हूं कि मैंने पुनर्मूल्यांकन/उत्तर पुस्तिका की प्रतिलिपि के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन की पात्रता की शर्तों को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ और समझ लिया है । मैं न्यूनतम पात्रता मानदंड को पूरा करता हूं और मैंने आवश्यक जानकारी प्रदान की है । मैं यह भी घोषणा करता/करती हूं कि ऊपर प्रस्तुत की गई जानकारी मेरे सर्वोत्तम ज्ञान और विश्वास के अनुसार सही है । किसी भी जानकारी के गलत या भ्रामक पाए जाने की स्थिति में, मेरा आवेदन विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा किसी भी समय रद्द किया जा सकता है और इस संबंध में भुगतान किए गए किसी भी शुल्क की वापसी के लिए विश्वविद्यालय उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।
